Job summary

Mass General Brigham Medical Group Northern Massachusetts, Inc. is seeking an Athletic Trainer to support student athletes with high-quality care, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and safe return-to-play guidance.

This role involves clinic-style and event coverage across Peabody, Danvers, Beverly, and Salem locations. You will collaborate with coaches and healthcare professionals, manage emergency situations, and maintain comprehensive injury records while adhering to state athletic training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or related field required.
• State Athletic Trainer license required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide athletic training care for student athletes.
• Evaluate athletic injuries and develop plans of care.
• Design and implement injury rehabilitation programs.
• Assess athlete readiness and safe return-to-play.
• Provide coverage for home and hosted contests.
• Administer emergency care and first aid when needed.
• Create and update injury reports and documentation.
• Ensure proper use of athletic equipment.
