Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology or related field, ATC licensure, and strong skills in patient care, documentation, and clinical coordination. Onsite work at the Revolution Drive facility with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology is required or Bachelor's Degree in Related Field is required, or Master's Degree in Related Field preferred.
• Athletic Trainer certification/licensure required; state license preferred.
• 1 year or less experience as an Athletic Trainer preferred; entry level acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Care for athletic injuries.
• Design and implement injury rehabilitation programs.
• Formulate assessments and action plans to aid student-athletes' health and safe return to sport participation.
• Provide athletic training coverage for home/hosted contests per CCCAA bylaws.
• Administer emergency care and first aid.
• Create and regularly update injury reports.
• Ensure proper equipment use and fitting (helmets, pads, braces, mouthpieces).
• Maintain clinic documents, supplies and workspace.
