Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Sports Marketing or related field is required.
1+ year experience in a sports selling role; experience with Ticketmaster preferred.
Comfort with outbound calls and a fast-paced sales environment; strong work ethic and drive to learn.

Responsibilities

Sell a full menu of ticket products for RMU Athletics events via outbound calls and face-to-face presentations.
Work evenings and weekends as required and attend home games and events in various capacities.
Build relationships in the community and expand business with current ticket holders and referrals to drive revenue.
Plan and execute large-scale group sales initiatives.
Meet with clients on campus and in community settings; conduct on-site appointments.
Contact local businesses via calls, appointments, and event-based selling.
Deliver excellent customer service and cultivate fan relationships.
