Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a sports selling role (college or pro).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Marketing or related field.
• Experience with TicketMaster Archtics preferred.
• Comfort with outbound calls in a professional manner.
• Fast-paced industry; strong work ethic and learning mindset.
• Full Time role.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets across Hockey, Basketball and other sports via outbound calls and face-to-face presentations.
• Work evenings and weekends for home games and Baxter Arena events.
• Build relationships in the community; expand business with current ticket holders and new prospects.
• Plan and execute large-scale group sales initiatives.
• Engage in on-campus work and community meetings.
• Contact local businesses via outbound calls, meetings and events.
• Deliver excellent customer service and cultivate fan relationships.
• Represent the Omaha Athletics department with integrity.
• Build internal relationships with athletics department.
• Aim to exceed quarterly and monthly sales goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
