D1 Training Bozeman is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to lead a sales-first culture and drive membership growth. You’ll work closely with the GM and ownership to convert leads, deliver exceptional athlete experiences, and build a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to sell, build relationships, and hit goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable following up with leads and asking for the sale.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up with inbound leads via phone, text, email, and in-person.
• Conduct facility tours and consultations with prospective athletes.
• Convert leads into memberships and pursue sales targets.
• Build relationships with members to create a world-class D1 experience.
• Support GM in managing the sales process and dashboards.
• Track leads, appointments, conversions, and other sales KPIs.
• Re-engage past leads and former members to create opportunities.
• Assist with member check-ins, payments, and POS operations.
• Train and coach team on sales conversations and follow-up.
• Support events, marketing initiatives, and community outreach.
• Maintain a strong floor presence and represent D1 professionally.
