D1 Training is seeking a Sales Specialist in Beaverton, OR to grow our athletic training community and drive memberships. You will close leads, mentor team members, and help manage the facility's performance while delivering world-class customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Sales: you should be able to walk in on day one & close over 50% of the leads you sit down to meet with.
• Leadership: you should be a first-one-in, last-one-out leader who runs weekly 1:1s and staff meetings.
• Finance: you must manage the facility P&L and review budgets with ownership monthly.
