New Balance Athletics, Inc. is seeking Retail Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and product guidance at Settlers Green, NH.

You will greet customers, understand their needs, demonstrate product features, and assist with transactions while maintaining a tidy, well-stocked store floor. Eligible for benefits and a salary reflecting experience, with a schedule that may include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Should be a people person!
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment
• Familiarity with cash register functions
• Ability to quickly perform basic math
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Greet and make customer contact
• Understand the customer's needs
• Educate the customer on product features and benefits
• Solve any customer problems/answer any questions
• Transact the sale through suggestive selling and closing
• Correctly measure and fit customers with NB products
• Inform customers about promotions
• Keep the floor neat, organized, and well stocked
• Label and price items correctly
• Attach/detach security tags and monitor floor merchandise
