Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education and four years of related experience in athletic facilities maintenance or similar setting as described in the job posting.
• Knowledge of NCAA field maintenance and line painting is desirable.
• Ability to inspect equipment, perform repairs, and operate safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of outdoor NCAA intercollegiate fields, general University fields, and adjoining areas.
• Plan, schedule, assign, inspect, and supervise daily work of turf/grounds staff.
• Coordinate winter snow removal/plowing and snow emergency responses.
• Mentor, develop, and train turf staff and supervise contractors.
• Maintain safety practices and ensure required trainings are up to date.
