Job summary

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Dallas seeks an Athletic Coordinator to assist the Dallas Parochial League with day-to-day operations, event scheduling, and overall league management. The role includes website updates, coordinating meetings, and supporting post-season play.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent athletic field experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with schools, coaches, and parents. Regular travel to events and meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in an Athletic field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with schools’ Athletic Directors, coaches and parents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all DPL events, clinics, tournaments and post-season play.
• Maintain DPL website with updated information, schedules, standings, etc.
• Resolve concerns/conflicts and coordinate with vendors for payments.
• Oversee coaches, officials and scorekeepers during league events.
• Assist with budgeting and vendor relations.
• Travel to various events, meetings and games as needed.
