Job summary

The Dallas Parochial League Athletic Coordinator supports the Athletic Director in day-to-day league operations, including scheduling, events, and office administration. Responsibilities include managing clinics and tournaments, maintaining the league website, coordinating with coaches, officials and vendors, and assisting with budget development.

Travel to events is required and a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in an athletic field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Suite and website management.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with all DPL events, including clinics, tournaments, and post-season play.
• Maintain the DPL website with updated information, schedules, and standings.
• Assist with resolving concerns and conflicts as they arise.
• Coordinate with the PC Business Office to set up vendors and process payments.
• Oversee coaches, officials, and scorekeepers during league events.
• Track equipment and coordinate orders with vendors.
• Contribute to the formulation of the annual budget.
• Respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
