Job summary

The Catholic Diocese of Dallas is seeking a Parish Life Coordinator to support parish life by managing reservations for ministries and coordinating parish-wide events. This part-time role requires evening and weekend availability and could grow into a full-time position for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, has parish ministry or volunteer coordination experience, and is proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Parish Data System (PDS).

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish for ministry communication.
• 2–3 years parish ministry or volunteer experience preferred.
• Must be dependable, flexible and team-oriented.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word; Parish Data System a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations for parish ministries and groups.
• Plan, organize and execute parish events in partnership with ministry leaders.
• Engage volunteer leaders and serve as liaison for room availability and inquiries.
• Support the Senior Director of Faith Formation and Parish Life and the Pastor.
