Qualifications

• Associate's Degree + 4 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree + 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating with coaches and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage football equipment operations and oversee department-wide apparel operations.
• Direct supervision of the Assistant Equipment Manager and oversight of student equipment staff.
• Oversee apparel sourcing, purchasing, inventory, distribution, vendor relations, and contract benefits.
• Assist with budget planning, licensing compliance, and development of operational procedures.
• Provide hands-on oversight of equipment fitting, storage, laundry, and transport to events.
