An esteemed educational institution is seeking an Assistant Director for Equipment Operations to organize and supervise NCAA sports equipment. This role requires oversight of equipment operations, budget management, and compliance with NCAA standards. The ideal candidate has experience in college athletics, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 2-3 years of work experience preferred.
• Experience working with college athletics or professional sports department preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Able to receive AEMA Certification within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the budget process and procurement for apparel and equipment.
• Manage and supervise temporary staffing in the equipment room.
• Assist coaching staff with design and selection of uniforms.
• Maintain an electronic inventory program in accordance with NCAA guidelines.
