• Supervise Assistant Equipment Manager and student staff; coordinate with coaching staff.
• Oversee apparel sourcing, inventory, distribution, and vendor relations across programs.
• Assist with budget planning, contracts, licensing compliance, and operational procedures.
• Manage equipment distribution, storage, laundry, and transport for home/away events.
