Responsibilities

• Oversee all athletic endeavors and staff, ensuring program success and integrity.
• Lead fundraising efforts in cooperation with the Office of Advancement.
• Collaborate with Admissions to support enrollment goals through student-athlete recruitment.
• Maintain strong community presence in the Northern Shenandoah Valley and surrounding areas.
