Job summary

Qualifications

• Athletic trainer certification is required.
• Knowledge of CPR/AED and concussion management is preferred.
• Familiarity with state regulations governing athletic training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate athletic training coverage for interscholastic practices, competitions, and special events.
• Develop and manage the budget for athletic training supplies and equipment.
• Establish daily operating schedules for athletic training services at assigned schools and within the Wellness Center.
• Develop and maintain EAPs (Emergency Action Plans) for venues.
• Supervise athletic training student aides and ensure compliance with school policies.
• Provide education to coaches, staff, and families on safety topics and injury prevention.
