Qualifications

• Experience as a player or coach is preferred; knowledge of sport rules and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead practices to improve individual and team performance.
• Develop values of sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork and academics balance.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain practice, game, and transportation schedules and records.
• Enforce eligibility, safety protocols and player conduct per rules.
• Communicate with parents, staff, booster clubs and community members.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by Mesa Public Schools.
