Responsibilities

• Design and lead sport-specific practices to build skills and team tactics.
• Develop values of sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork and balance of academics with athletics.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain and coordinate practice, game schedules, scores and records.
• Enforce eligibility rules and safety protocols; communicate with parents and staff.
