Qualifications

• Experience in nightclub operations, event venue management or hospitality with a large team.
• Proven leadership in supervising staff in fast-paced settings.
• Strong organizational skills; proficient in MS Office; report writing and data analysis.
• Experience in event management or coordinating large-scale events in athletic or resort settings is desirable.
• Excellent managerial communication; ability to foster teamwork across departments.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cash handling, shift scheduling and customer service excellence.
• First aid and CPR certifications required; additional hospitality certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operations of the athletic club, including facility management and member services.
• Supervise and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive culture.
• Oversee event planning and management for club activities and community programs.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and staff certifications.
• Handle guest services to deliver exceptional experiences and resolve member concerns.
• Utilize management software to generate reports on club performance and metrics.
