Job summary

Milton Academy is seeking an Athletic Center Attendant / Groundskeeper to support the maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the Athletic and Convocation Center and campus grounds. Responsibilities include cleaning facilities, caring for the ice rink, courts, track, fitness center, lawns, and outdoor areas, and assisting with event setup throughout the year.

When the ice rink is closed, duties shift to grounds maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of ice rink experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ice rink, HVAC and refrigeration logs; prepare ice for use and ensure a clean, safe surface.
• Support with set up/breakdown for events; assist with grounds and turf maintenance.
• Ensure building cleanliness with vendor coordination; manage trash and recycling.
