Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Specialist – Off Field Operations to support critical store processes, drive inventory accuracy, and ensure smooth fulfillment. You’ll work behind the scenes to keep the store athlete-ready and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes and providing product information.
• Onboards and trains new team members as SME for their area.
• Maintains athlete-first mindset and ensures products are ready for purchase.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards.
• Promotes participation in loyalty programs and other company initiatives.
• Ensures a respectful, inclusive store environment and compliance with policies.
