Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes, understanding needs, and providing accurate information about products.
• Onboards and trains new and existing teammates in their area of the store, acting as subject matter expert.
• Ensures products are ready for purchase and engages athletes where, when, and how they want.
• Maintains merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory, and replenishment.
• Promotes participation in company programs and drives customer loyalty and sales initiatives.
• Creates a welcoming, respectful store environment and adheres to safety and loss prevention policies.
