Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is hiring a Specialist - Off Field Operations to support critical store processes and keep the store athlete-ready. You will drive inventory accuracy, fulfill orders, and improve operational execution on the floor.

You will engage athletes, train teammates, follow merchandising standards, and promote loyalty programs, while ensuring a respectful, safe shopping environment.

Targeted Pay Range: $18.50-$28.25 per hour, with pay depending on location, experience, and role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes and providing product information.
• Onboard and train new and existing team members on store processes.
• Ensures products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged.
• Maintains merchandising standards and floor presentation.
• Promotes customer participation in loyalty programs and related services.
• Upholds safety, loss prevention, and store policies.
