Job summary

D1 Training is an athletic-based fitness franchise focused on helping athletes of all ages reach their goals, both on and off the field. We are seeking a Sales Appointment Coordinator who excels at appointment setting, outbound outreach, and relationship building to drive memberships.

This role involves talking to leads, following up consistently, and creating opportunities for in-person conversations that lead to long-term memberships, with a chance to grow within a dynamic fitness brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, or call center environments.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact leads via phone, text, and email to set consultations and appointments.
• Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizations.
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from digital ads and marketing campaigns.
• Follow up with prospects consistently to keep appointments scheduled and attended.
• Build rapport with parents, athletes, and adult clients to understand their goals.
• Schedule and coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team.
• Track activity and follow-ups accurately in the CRM.
• Represent D1 Training professionally within the local community.
