Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Prior retail sales or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15–35 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and to work at heights >4 ft with ladders.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for up to 2 hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teammates, with guidance from store leadership.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and cross-training activities.
• Ensure brand standards and merchandising plans are executed daily.
• Coach teammates on procedures, plans, and loss prevention measures.
• Help plan game plans, events, and daily assignments with leadership.
