• Ability to work extended periods of standing/walking; height access if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the department and uphold brand standards.
• Coach and train teammates; conduct interviews and tours.
• Plan 30 days out with management; align workforce for events.
• Maintain merchandising, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Foster an inclusive, safe store environment; support loss prevention and safety.
