Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Specialist – Off Field Operations. In this role you will drive store operations, inventory accuracy and fulfillment while delivering exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.

You will be a go-to expert for store processes, support onboarding and training of team members, and maintain merchandising standards to ensure athletes are served efficiently and with respect. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required or preferred depending on role.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles is typical.
• Prior experience in store operations and inventory management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging customers and providing accurate product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members and serves as a go-to expert in designated store processes.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and supports fulfillment and operational execution to keep the store running smoothly.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards, follows price changes, and participates in loyalty programs and services.
