Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is hiring a Specialist – Off Field Operations to support inventory accuracy, fulfillment, and store operations, ensuring the athlete-ready store every day.

You will train teammates, drive efficient processes, and deliver outstanding customer experiences by engaging athletes, presenting products clearly, maintaining floor sets, and supporting loyalty programs, warranties, and private label cards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand their needs and provide accurate product information.
• Onboards and trains new and existing team members as subject matter expert in their area of the store.
• Maintains an athlete-first mindset and ensures products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, pricing, and inventory.
• Promotes participation in loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private label card enrollment.
• Creates a welcoming store environment and adheres to safety and SOPs.
