Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years experience.
• 1-3 of retail management experience (or customer-focused experience)

Responsabilités

• Collaborates with Store Manager on growth plans and forecasting.
• Manages Captains and develops store team.
• Hires and builds strong teams through targeted sourcing and interviews.
• Ensures safety, policies, and customer service standards are met.
