Qualifications

• 3+ years store leadership/general manager experience.
• 5+ years retail/hospitality/customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire and interview teammates; build coverage and schedule staffing.
• Drive customer service and athlete-first service across the store.
• Lead and develop teammates through coaching, training, and development plans.
• Plan and execute store operations, events, and community activities.
