Job summary

You will partner with leadership to ensure effective team development, robust in-store events, and a strong guest experience while driving store performance and adherence to budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Communications or related area.
• 5-7 years experience including 5+ years of leadership experience, 3+ years of store leadership/general manager experience, 5+ years of retail/hospitality/customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Hires and builds effective hourly and salaried teams with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Partner with the Service and Selling Culture Director to drive high levels of customer service and athlete-first experience.
• Direct involvement in hiring and interviewing; participate in final decision on candidates.
• Lead a people-first culture, developing teammates and coaching for growth.
• Oversee store operations, event coordination, scheduling, and budget responsibilities.
