Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products.
• Anticipates athletes' needs and drives sales through product and service recommendations.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as a subject matter expert.
• Serves as a go-to expert in designated process categories to ensure smooth execution and high productivity.
• Maintains merchandising and inventory standards and ensures products are ready for purchase.
• Promotes and drives participation in company programs and loyalty initiatives.
