Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Anticipates the needs of the athlete; actively drives sales through product and services recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert of their area of the store, focusing on best practices and key operational processes.
• Serves as a go‑to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity.
• Maintains floor set plans, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
• Promotes and drives customer participation in company programs and services.
• Creates a store environment where teammates and athletes are welcomed and treated with respect.
• Adheres to policies related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures.
