Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15–35 lb items occasionally (up to 5 times/hour).
• Ability to work extended periods standing/walking (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes and replenishment standards.
• Promote programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOP policies; maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
