• Lead merchandising, pricing, and signage on the sales floor and support inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom processes.
• Develop 30-60-90 day plans with leadership to meet department goals, while managing schedules and payroll.
• Build and lead a strong team through sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, ensuring policy compliance.
