Responsibilities

• Directly involved in interview/hiring and builds a diverse, capable store team.
• Drives sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and data analysis; manages expenses and staffing budgets.
• Ensures floor sets, visual standards, and overall store cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Builds relationships with local leaders and prioritizes community involvement.
• Manages shrink via compliance with safety, loss prevention, and cash-handling procedures.
• Leads with a people-first approach, building trust and listening to the team.
• Coaches and develops the store team and embeds learning into daily leadership.
• Fosters an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel safe and respected.
