DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a team member to deliver an outstanding athlete experience by engaging customers, understanding needs, and sharing knowledgeable product information. You’ll support onboarding and training, serve as a go-to expert for store processes, and help maintain merchandising standards while driving loyalty program participation.

The role requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent and 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsabilités

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes, understanding needs, and providing accurate product information.
• Anticipates athlete needs, drives sales through product and service recommendations.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members as a subject matter expert.
• Acts as go-to expert for designated store processes and maintains merchandising standards.
• Ensures products are ready for athletes to purchase and engages customers where they shop.
• Supports customer loyalty program participation and related initiatives.
• Upholds safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
