• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards and execute floor sets and price changes.
• Promote programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, SOPs, and applicable laws and guidelines (including ATF).
• Foster an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome and respected.
• Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
