Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is hiring an Advisor to provide a high-touch athlete experience in-store in Kentucky. You will guide athletes through checkout, loyalty programs, and services with confidence and product knowledge—building connections and ensuring a seamless shopping journey.

You’ll greet shoppers, follow merchandising standards, promote loyalty and warranty programs, and support safety and procedures while contributing to a respectful, inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and customers and understand their needs to assist their shopping experience with product knowledge and service.
• Follow merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, pricing changes and stock replenishment.
• Promote programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs, and comply with external regulations including ATF requirements.
• Foster an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
