Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in leasing operations and ensure model/show units are ready for tours.
• Maintain accurate community files and records.
• Perform general office duties and respond to prospect inquiries.
• Give prospect tours and discuss community amenities.
• Enter daily leasing activity and input new residents into Entrata.
• Prepare move-in paperwork and keys/remotes for new residents.
• Assist with monthly renewals and support marketing efforts.
