Job summary

CityBlock Properties, Inc. in Athens, GA is seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to drive student housing exposure with in-person and online outreach. You will manage campus presence, craft weekly social content, and keep listings fresh and accurate.

The role offers hands-on marketing and real estate experience, training from day one, and room to grow as you support showings and tenant services in a small team led by the owner.

Qualifications

• Finished undergraduate degree in any field (marketing/business/communications a plus).
• Proven interest or experience in marketing or real estate is helpful.
• Strong communication and reliability needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent CityBlock on/around the UGA campus: student orgs, events, flyers, face-to-face conversations.
• Create/post weekly social media content (photos, short video, stories) per plan.
• Advertise available units with fresh photos, descriptions and pricing across rental sites.
• Keep ads live/accurate and refresh or remove when leased; track leads and showings.
• Respond to leasing inquiries during shifts and follow up promptly.
• Schedule/show property showings, including some Saturdays during pre-lease season.
