Job summary

Foothills Neurology in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an IT Support & EMR Analyst to be the primary contact for end-user technology and AthenaOne subject matter expert, delivering desktop, help desk, hardware, software, and M365 support across multiple clinic locations.

The role covers configuring AthenaOne templates and workflows, managing user provisioning and security, and developing end-user training while partnering with clinical and billing leadership to optimize AthenaOne utilization.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT/healthcare informatics or related field.
• 3+ years desktop support/help desk experience.
• 2+ years supporting AthenaOne or similar EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 support for 175+ users across multiple clinic locations.
• Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts, Active Directory, and related systems.
• Configure AthenaOne templates, workflows, and user provisioning.
