Candidates should have an associate degree in a relevant field and experience in desktop support and AthenaOne. A strong customer service orientation is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of desktop support/help desk experience.
• 2+ years supporting AthenaOne or comparable EHR platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for over 175 users.
• Troubleshoot and manage user accounts in Microsoft 365.
• Serve as the primary AthenaOne support resource.
