Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in San Diego, CA is seeking an ATE Test Engineer to design, develop, and validate test solutions for ATE hardware and RF/mixed-signal interfaces used in Leo phased-array products.

You will work with Teradyne UltraFLEX and Advantest platforms, optimize test programs, ensure release-to-production readiness, and collaborate with DFT teams to improve yield and test coverage in high-volume production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in ATE test engineering in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience with Teradyne UltraFLEX and Advantest platforms.
• Experience with digital, high-speed I/O, and RF ATE test.
• Experience with ATE hardware design and verification.
• International travel required during release-to-production.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and verify ATE hardware for signal and power integrity.
• Develop test programs for mm-wave SoCs on ATE platforms such as Teradyne/Advantest.
• Implement RF, mixed-signal, and high-speed interface test routines.
• Implement on-chip calibration techniques for analog and mixed-signal circuits.
• Partner with DFT teams to optimize test insertion strategy.
• Drive test program release to production and ensure yield targets.
• Optimize test time, yield, and repeatability across process/voltage/temperature.
• Support RMA and field-return debug with data-driven root-cause analysis.
