Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in San Diego is seeking an experienced RF Test Engineer to architect, design, and sustain RF test systems for satellite modems, transceivers, and ground equipment. You will lead calibration, path loss models, and test procedures across multidisciplinary teams.

You will collaborate with electrical, mechanical, thermal, software, and manufacturing groups to improve throughput, yield, and reliability, applying data-driven methods and AI-enabled approaches

Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing test plans for aerospace hardware.
• Strong knowledge of RF test systems and calibration.
• Experience across multiple disciplines in manufacturing.
• Proficient scripting and data analysis.
• Able to work in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, build, and sustain RF test systems for satellite hardware.
• Support RF subsystem design and characterization.
• Perform path loss calibration and link budget analysis.
• Own test planning and lead test readiness reviews.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and continuous improvement.
