Job summary

Adacel is seeking a Field Service Representative to maintain and repair ATC simulators on-site, train operators, and manage software/hardware upgrades. You will troubleshoot, load software, and assist with scenario development while ensuring safety and performance of equipment.

The role requires travel up to 20%, strong communication, and the ability to work independently within a team in a demanding aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Four years of FAA/US Military operational ATC experience or AT-CTI degree.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Proactive, self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain ATC Simulator hardware and peripherals.
• Install software upgrades and patches; load OS and applications.
• Provide startup/shutdown procedures and training to personnel.
• Develop site simulator utilization reports and document issues.
• Act as Pseudo Pilot and build scenarios with training objectives.
