Job summary

Adacel in Orlando, FL is seeking a Product Specialist I, an ATC SME, to support training, testing and validation across Adacel products. You will work in either Customer Support and Training or System Validation Testing tracks and coordinate with leadership to deliver timely results.

The role requires 5+ years in ATC services or piloting, deep knowledge of Windows OS, and experience with ATC training or flight simulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant ATC services or piloting experience in civilian or military environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP, Windows 7, and Windows 10.
• Previous experience in Training and/or Simulator usage in ATC or Flight Simulators.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must currently have or have the ability to obtain a U.S. passport and pass FAA background checks.
• Ability to travel up to 60% annually.
• Active Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with the Lead, Product Specialist and the Manager, Operational Support Services on work status and scheduling.
• Maintains files in compliance with Quality Assurance and ISO requirements.
• Assists with documentation of product features, internal process documents and reports.
• Reviews and modifies content located in Adacel’s knowledge base software.
• Collaborates with Engineering on Software and System testing activities.
• Assists with System and Software Requirements definition and review.
• Creates detailed Test verification specifications and traces test cases to System and Software.
• Assists with the implementation and configuration of Test Automation or Infrastructure initiatives.
• Performs duties in either Customer Support and Training or System Validation Testing track.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
