Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide technical oversight in the deployment, installation, and maintenance of advanced Air Traffic Control (ATC) systems across customer sites nationwide. This hands‑on role involves conducting system surveys, diagnosing, and repairing technical issues, and ensuring all equipment meets strict performance standards.

Travel up to 95% with evenings, weekends, and holidays possible.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in system repair, maintenance, and installation.
• Experience with telecom cabling, electrical, or mechanical projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 95%.
• Ability to obtain FAA and government security clearance.
• Located within an hour of a major US airport.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight in deployment, installation, and maintenance of ATC systems nationwide.
• Conduct system surveys, diagnose and repair issues, ensure equipment meets performance standards.
• Collaborate with contractors and clients; represent the company in a visible support role to drive customer satisfaction.
