Job summary

Leidos Digital Group seeks a System Administrator to support FAA training equipment in Oklahoma City. You will install and maintain SCORE workstations, Windows 11,HyperDeck hardware and related software, ensuring compliance with FAA security baselines.

This full-time role requires after-hours on-call support, weekend coverage, and travel up to 15%. You will work with FAA personnel to resolve system, hardware, software, and network issues within an isolated lab environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience; additional experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight while coordinating with a team.
• Ability to assess information, plan actions, and solve problems.
• Familiarity with FAA security requirements and training environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain SCORE workstation hardware and Windows 11 in an isolated FAA lab.
• Administer local user accounts, RBAC, group policy, password policies, and backups.
• Perform OS, app, patch, and HyperDeck firmware updates in an air-gapped environment.
• Monitor hardware status and storage, and resolve system issues with support staff.
• Collaborate with FAA personnel to resolve issues across hardware, software, and network.
