Job summary

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is seeking an At-Home Behavior Therapist. You will travel to client homes, deliver one-on-one ABA therapy, and collect data to tailor treatment plans for each child.

You will work within set blocks, typically 8am–12pm, 1pm–5pm, or 8am–5pm with a break, and you’ll gain support for RBT certification while training. A Bachelor's degree is required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required; you must provide proof of degree.
• Paid training and RBT certification assistance provided.
• No experience required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients’ homes within a designated area.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a team of staff and families.
• Follow treatment blocks and focus entirely on the patient during sessions.
